Medical History: Obesity Controlled hypertension Type 2 diabetes mellitus Obstructive sleep apnoea (treated with CPAP) Hypercholesterolaemia Medications: Amlodipine 10 mg daily Aspirin 100 mg daily Atorvastatin 40 mg daily Empagliflozin 10 mg daily Metformin 1000 mg twice daily Perindopril 8 mg daily Biometrics: Height 183 cm Weight 144 kg BMI 43 kg/m2
