He is a recreational cyclist who rides about 25 km two or three times per week.
Medications
Metoprolol tartrate 50 mg bd
On arrival, he is hypotensive with systolic BP 75 mmHg. He is receiving oxygen at 6L/min by Hudson mask. The ambulance paramedic shows you a bicycle helmet which is split in half.
